Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (Subclass 119/857) 

We are working with the Australian employers under the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (Subclass 119/857). This Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) allows employers in regional, remote or low population growth areas of Australia, to sponsor employees who are foreign nationals for a permanent visa to work in Australia.

What will the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme visa let you do?

This visa allows you and any dependent family members included in your visa application to live as permanent residents in Australia.

Australian permanent residents can:

Live and work in Australia on a permanent basis

Study in Australia at school or university

Receive subsidized healthcare through Medicare and the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)

Access certain social security payments (subject to waiting periods)

Be eligible for Australian citizenship (subject to the residency eligibility criteria)

Sponsor people for permanent residence.

Once you have been selected by our agency for the job, your name and details will be forwarded to the employer who will sponsor your application and the visa processing. It's the responsibility of the applicants to pay for the visa processing fee once the job offer has been confirmed. The employer will provide the necessary documents that will be needed for the visa application. The processing time for the visa is 3 months.

The foreign applicant duties are to accept the offer of employment from the nominating employer applies for a visa meets the conditions on their visa (once approved).
